PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Source-to-Pay (S2P) Intranet Page Design: Ivalua Adoption
Designed and developed a centralized SharePoint Online portal to support the rollout of a new Source-to-Pay (S2P) system, improving access to training, updates, and support resources.
DESIGN TYPE:
Intranet Site
AUDIENCE:
Enterprise employees and stakeholders adopting the new S2P platform
THE PROBLEM:
The rollout of a new Source-to-Pay system required a centralized location for resources, but existing content was fragmented.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
-

Create a single source of truth for all S2P resources
-

Improve usability and navigation across content
-

Support system adoption through guided user pathways
-

Reduce dependency on user support with self service
MY APPROACH:
I approached this as a user experience and adoption-focused design challenge.
-
1. User-Centered Content Structuring
Organized content around key user needs: training, support, updates, and system access.
-
2. Intent-Based Entry Points
Designed clear pathways for different user goals, such as learning, troubleshooting, or accessing tools.
-
3. Visual Hierarchy & Navigation
Used a card-based layout, iconography, and content grouping to improve scanability and reduce cognitive load.
-
4. Adoption-Focused Design
Highlighted go-live updates, hypercare resources, and support options to reinforce system adoption.
THE SOLUTION:
A modern SharePoint portal designed as a centralized resource hub, featuring:
Hero section with embedded video for initiative overview
Quick-access navigation for key resources (FAQs, support, overview)
Hypercare Hub for post-launch support
Dynamic updates section for ongoing communications
Dedicated training and documentation areas
Direct links to S2P tools and applications
The design balances structured navigation with flexible content, supporting both immediate needs and ongoing adoption.
IMPACT:
-

Consolidated previously fragmented resources into a single platform
-

Provided a scalable structure for ongoing updates and content growth
-

Improved access to critical training and support materials
