THE PROBLEM:

Our large-scale migration to Microsoft Intune required employees to take preparatory actions, but many frontline and shipyard users:

  • Worked in environments with limited access to digital communications

  • Spoke primarily Spanish or required bilingual resources

  • Needed simple, clear instructions without technical complexity

There was a need for a highly visible, easy-to-understand communication that could reach employees in physical workspaces.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES:

  • Increase awareness of the upcoming Intune migration

  • Ensure employees complete key preparation steps (backup, compatibility)

  • Provide accessible communication for Spanish-speaking employees

  • Deliver a format suitable for print and physical distribution

    Optimized layout, contrast, and spacing for visibility in busy, industrial settings where attention is limited.
